It started with a simple question: how does a watch survive for 50 or 60 years and still keep ticking? That curiosity slowly turned into an appreciation for the stories behind every piece. Every scratch, movement, and tiny imperfection tells part of that story. I'm probably looking at the movement before I even check the time.

Making homemade shawarma started as an attempt to recreate my favorite shawarma at home.
