Yarden Zafrir
Welcome to the archive, thanks for stopping by!
It's a collection of ideas, experiments, unfinished concepts, random thoughts, and things that never made it into production.
You
Why keep them?
Yarden Zafrir
Because good work isn't only the final screen.
Sometimes the best decision is hidden inside the version you deleted.
You
Is this your portfolio?
Yarden Zafrir
Not exactly.
This is everything that doesn't fit anywhere else.
Old concepts, past and side projects, some marketing design from old days, my clothing brand, half-finished thoughts.
You
So... the fun stuff?
Yarden Zafrir
Hell yeah
You
So... where does it all begin?
Yarden Zafrir
Like every good story, at the bottom.
Back in design school, it was mostly logos.
Different brands, different briefs, endless iterations.

Looking back, it wasn't really about logos.
It was about learning composition, hierarchy, whitespace, typography, and how to defend every pixel.
You
And then?
Yarden Zafrir
Marketing.
My first "real" design job.
social posts, campaigns, landing pages, banners, print.
Lots of Gantt charts, lots of deadlines, just enough chaos to learn how to design under pressure.
You
When did you start building your own things?
Yarden Zafrir
After a while, client work wasn't enough.
I wanted a place where no one approved, rejected, or rewrote my ideas.
That's how FOLY OUTFITS was born.
A playground for experimenting, making mistakes, and creating simply because I wanted to.
You can see more of it here:

You
Can I see the projects that didn't make it into your case studies?
Yarden Zafrir
Of course.
Not every project deserves 5,000 words.
Some are simply good work.
Not because they weren't good enough.
Just because not every project needs a case study.
For example, this is Reporto.
A freelance product for property inspectors and housing professionals.
A platform for managing inspections, documenting findings, and generating professional reports.
You
What made it interesting?
Yarden Zafrir
These users don't spend their day behind a desk.
They work on construction sites, often without internet, documenting findings, tracking defects and generating reports directly from the field.
The experience had to be fast, reliable and simple enough to use with dirty hands and limited attention.
You
Sounds nice, what else can you show me?

Yarden Zafrir
Hopefully,
Writing the case study for your company's project.
One I'll be proud to share on my homepage 😉
